Jose Lucio Carretela

Mr. Jose Lucio Carretela began his journey in public service on April 23, 1991, when he commenced his duties under the Republic of China (Taiwan) Mission in Belize. His entry into public service marked the beginning of a career characterized by dedication, commitment, and a willingness to contribute to the development of Belize.

Upon joining the Taiwan Mission, Mr. Carretela was assigned to the Rice Project, where he served for fifteen years.
