CLARICIA BANNER-CHOTO
Claricia Banner-Choto was born on 14th July 1971. She lives in Camalote Village, Cayo District with husband, Jose Rafael Choto. She has twin daughters Chantelle and Chanté Pascascio and one son Orlando Pascascio Jr (deceased). She is Grandmother to four grandchildren, 2 girls and 2 boys.
Mrs. Banner-Choto loves cooking and planning family events. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Claricia Banner-Choto joined the Belize Public Service on 31 October 1989 as a Relief Typist. She rose through the ranks in the secretarial field where she was promoted to Senior Secretary in 2014. During her career she worked in many Ministries including Health, Establishment Department, Works, Public Service, Local Government, Foreign Affairs.
She is currently serving as Secretary to the Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Culture and Immigration.
Since her promotion to Senior Secretary in 2014, she served as Secretary to the Ministers and Chief Executive Officers of the Ministries of
