Higinia Guerra

Mrs. Higinia Guerra began her career in the Public Service on July 19th, 1990, as a Second Class Clerk at the Ministry of Education. Through her commitment to public service, she was subsequently promoted to First Class Clerk and later to Administrative Assistant II.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Guerra served in several ministries, including the Ministry of the Public Service, the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, where she served for approximately ten years. She later continued her career with the Ministry of Infrastructure, Development and Housing, from which she retired as an Administrative Assistant II with more than three decades of service to the Government and people of Belize.
